Jim Gillmore has substantial experience in real estate, estate planning, trusts, probate, non-probate transfers and medicaid. His 45 years of experience provide him with the knowledge to be able to handle any issue in his chosen area.

Jim is a graduate of Newton High School in 1965, Wichita State University in 1969 and the University of Kansas Law School in 1972. He was a member of the Kansas Law Review while in Law School. In 1975 he graduated from George Washington University in Washington D.C. earning an L.L.M. in Administrative Law. From 1975 to 1977 Jim served in the Kansas House of Representatives.
